Mr. de la Garza joined Ross Law P.C in the fall of 2007 and focuses his practice primarily in business litigation and personal injury law. Prior to joining Ross Law P.C., Mr. de la Garza practiced law in San Antonio, Texas, and in doing so he gained invaluable courtroom experience in both civil and criminal litigation. Mr. de la Garza received his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2006 and his B.A. from the University of Texas in 2003. While in law school, Mr. de la Garza worked as a teachers assistant for a torts professor, served as a student mentor and was a brief writer and oralist in the 2006 Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Mr. de la Garza’s interest in international law and business is well evidenced by his study and travel experience. In 2003, Mr. de la Garza studied international politics at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Madrid, Spain and in 2006 Mr. de la Garza continued his legal education by participating in international trade related coursework at the Amsterdam Law School in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Mr. de la Garza is available to assist clients in both English and Spanish.
